Datalabs® EDC/CDMS Chiltern has completed a full technology transfer with the DataLabs system. This allows us to perform all EDC and hybrid (paper / EDC) services in-house with DataLabs following Chiltern's own EDC development methodology:

Medidata Rave®: - Chiltern has partnered with Medidata Rave® since June 2007. We have attained the highest level of Medidata Rave certifications (Rave Accredited Plus) with both versions 5.6.2 and 5.6.3 as part of the Medidata's ASPire to Win Program.
- Chiltern has experience using both the SILC and EDGE methodologies as well as our own Chiltern EDC development methodology.
Using Rave®, Chiltern has the capability to design and develop eCRFs, provide EDC training and data management. We collaborate with Medidata for hosting and help desk services.
Phase Forward’s Inform™ Chiltern has a strong track record with Phase Forward’s InForm™ software for data management and EDC training services since 2007.
General EDC InformationOur team has experience with other EDC vendors and with several clients’ proprietary systems. We have significant and varied EDC experience in our Data Management and Database Programming departments. In addition, we have EDC Consultants who are specialists in EDC systems, manage eCRF set-up and perform EDC site training. This specialist team is experienced in training in a wide variety of EDC systems and the high standard of their training prevents many problems that sites may otherwise encounter using eCRFs. Chiltern also has experience of transferring data to our clients in a wide variety of formats eg client specifications of CDISC STDM.
